NDT Engineer; Entry Level

Fluence Labs is looking for highly motivated, career-minded professionals to join our team as an entry level NDT Technician. For this role, Fluence Labs will provide both classroom, and on the job training, along with a clear roadmap to becoming certified.

• Interpret digital radiographs
• Perform process control checks & statistical process monitoring
• Develop and deliver advanced nondestructive evaluation inspection solutions
• Understand and debug hardware and software interactions
• Use field data to improve design and performance of NDE systems

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in an engineering or physics discipline
• Computer Literacy
• Works autonomously
• Good written, oral, and presentation skills
• Expertise interpreting 2D engineering drawings and model drawings

• Experience with C++, Python, or other programing languages
• Automation & robotics experience
• CAD/CAM

• Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends to meet critical deadlines when/if needed
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run
• Must be willing and able to travel to customer sites on an as needed basis

• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
