Dynamic Retail Solutions specializes in brand promotion, retail sales and customer service. Our associates are trained to help increase store revenue and enhance the overall customer experience.

We are a sales and marketing firm located in the Houma and Morgan City area. We focus on direct customer retention and client acquisition for service-based Fortune 500 companies, interacting one-on-one with customers in a retail setting.

This position is not D2D, B2B, nor 100% commission.

Dynamic RS is willing to train entry level individuals into management. The role emphasizes a hands-on approach to management training and development.

We start our sports-minded consultants at entry level with the goal of developing a strong management team from within; the plan is to promote to management within 4–9 months based on performance. We do not rely on tenure or seniority.
