Our client, a respected and growing new homes developer
, is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to cover a maternity contract at their South Otterington development.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming new developments
, this role offers genuine potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

• Managing day-to-day sales activity on site

• Guiding buyers through the full sales journey from enquiry to completion

• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships

• Ensuring show homes and sales areas are presented to the highest standard

• Achieving individual and site sales targets

• Previous experience in New Homes sales preferred

• Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach

• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

• Target-driven and commercially aware

• Able to work independently on site Sacred Resolution?

• Basic Salary: £27,200
• Plot Commission: Approx. £12,000 per annum
• Additional Earning Potential: Up to £8,000
• Paid via quarterly targets and NHBC incentives
• Mileage: Paid to and from work
• Maternity cover with the potential for a permanent role
