Role Summary

A Liquid Mixer is responsible for accurately preparing and blending liquid-based food ingredients in accordance with production specifications, ensuring consistent product quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor mixing and blending machinery to ensure accurate preparation of liquid food batches.
Read and interpret recipes, batch sheets, and work orders, ensuring correct ingredient measurements and mix ratios.
Measure, weigh, and load ingredients (liquids, powders, concentrates) according to production formulas.
Monitor mix times, temperatures, and product consistency, adjusting machine settings as needed.
Perform quality control checks and record all test results accurately.
Maintain production records and logs, documenting batch details and deviations.
Clean and sanitize mixers, tanks, utensils, and work areas according to GMP & food safety standards.
Follow HACCP, GMP, PPE, and all safety procedures, including handling chemicals (where applicable).
Inspect raw materials for quality and consistency before use.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and report defects or maintenance needs.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to meet schedules and standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise recipes.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced food-production environment.
Basic math skills for measurement, scaling, and verification.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness practices.
Mechanical aptitude for operating mixing tanks, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
