Responsibilities- Outstanding and reflective practitioner with high expectations for all children
- Minimum relevant (DfE validated) Early Years Level 3 qualification with experience of working in Early Years
- Proficient in supporting the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning
- Team player and able to work independently
- Effective communicator, willing to participate fully in whole school life
- Excellent knowledge of the revised Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and good understanding of effective principles of child development and learning processes
- Committed to raising standards and attainment for all children in a stimulating learning environment
