• Outstanding and reflective practitioner with high expectations for all children
• Minimum relevant (DfE validated) Early Years Level 3 qualification with experience of working in Early Years
• Proficient in supporting the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning
• Team player and able to work independently
• Effective communicator, willing to participate fully in whole school life
• Excellent knowledge of the revised Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and good understanding of effective principles of child development and learning processes
