• Perform a wide variety of installations of HVAC equipment following the detailed and general directions of HVAC Install Lead Technicians and Install Supervisors in the performance and completion of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems installation work.
• Adhere to work plans, assigned tasks, prioritized work, work schedules, quality control tests and follow on-the job training.
• Document actions by completing records and installation paperwork if required.
• Learn the operating principles of HVAC systems, as well as work safety practices and general OSHA standards related to HVAC work.
• Gain working knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the installation process of residential and light commercial buildings.
• Perform daily work duties associated with the trade under direct supervision.
• Deliver excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with leads, supervisors and co-workers regarding questions, concerns, and problems.
• Promote Paschal culture in delivering customer service.
• Maintain accurate accounting of inventory and tools.
• Keep the workplace organized, neat, and clean.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Desire to be part of a winning team
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Great mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of equipment, tools and methods commonly applied in electrical services
• Some knowledge of code requirements and safety practices concerning electrical work
• Must be able to adapt to changing and growing work environment
• Must be clean, maintain a professional appearance, and communicate well with customers
• Excellent communication and listening
• Knowledge of equipment, tools and methods commonly applied in HVAC installations
• Ability to learn in classroom and hands on
• Computer knowledge and the ability to apply necessary software tools, such as time keeping and scheduling
• Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations
• This position is considered a safety sensitive position; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check is required
