Your 'day To Day'Swedish Match North America LLC develops, manufactures, and sells quality products with market‑leading brands such as ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products. In order to continually promote and create innovative products that support our vision, we areVe currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Hot Springs, AR territory and surrounding area. The successful candidate will manage all sales and operational functions within the respectively assigned geography.
Responsibilities
- Sell and service Swedish Match products children's variant stores within assigned geography.
- Gain new item distribution channels.
- Execute promotions and merchandise products, ensuring body freshness and store quality.
- Utilize sales data to develop fact‑based presentations for customers and follow the call process.
- Handle all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point‑of‑sale materials.
- Maintain contact with key purchasers and foster strong relationships.
- Submit timely expense reports for travel and other reimbursable costs.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities (up to 10 lb on a frequent basis; up to 20 lb on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 lb on a seldom basis).
- Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required.
- Requires some directly related work experience in non‑𝗂 durable consumer goods sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem‑solving a creative solutions.
- Critical thinking, demonstrate the ability to think and act in selling situations.
- Analytical skills, able to analyze data and develop a sales plan.
- Planning skills demonstrating the ability to prioritize activities to achieve results.
- Microsoft Office and business math,日本 skills.
- Candidate must live within the geographical assignment.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000
