Leaders must delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware
store. The primary responsibilities of in-store management are to manage the sales, expenses, profits,
assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers are receiving the highest level of
customer service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous retail management experience. We are looking

Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours during shift.
Store Manager duties and responsibilities:
- Open and close the store following security and safety procedures
- Manage daily cash handling, deposits, and register reconciliation
- Handle unexpected issues, customers service, and emergency situations
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and problem areas
- Hire, train, and onboard new team members
- Handle employee conflicts and disciplinary actions when needed
- Handle returns, exchanges, and special customer requests
- Resolve customer complaints and difficult situations professionally
- Train staff on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
- Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times
