• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis
• Supervising treatments, conducting assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing concerns
• Building rewarding relationships with patients to aid recovery
• Educating nursing staff on patient care, equipment, and standards of care

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
• CPR certification
• ACLS within 1 year of hire
• CRRN certification preferred (employer will assist with obtaining)
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience preferred
