Kah-Nee-Ta Hot Springs Resort, located on the tribal lands of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, is a unique destination resort proudly owned by the Tribe and managed by Mt. Hood Ski Bowl Properties. As we begin an exciting new chapter, we are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and highly motivated professional to lead our Lifeguard and First Response program.

This role is critical to the safety and success of our resort. Because we operate in a rural location, emergency medical services typically require 15–25 minutes to reach the property. For that reason, the ideal candidate will be highly confident in their first responder, BLS, and emergency management skills, with the ability to take charge quickly and effectively during emergency situations while guiding staff and maintaining calm control.

In addition to emergency preparedness, this position oversees all daily lifeguard operations, including staff scheduling, training and professional development, pool-deck operations and safety checks, and any other duties that support a safe, efficient, and professional aquatic environment. We are looking for someone who leads by example, promotes teamwork, and is committed to upholding the highest standards of guest safety and service.
