Spa City Therapy is expanding across Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village to meet the growing needs of our community. We specialize in orthopedic physical therapy and offer cutting-edge tools like Track Man Golf Simulators, Gears 3D Motion Capture System, and a 3,000 sq ft gym and wellness facility to support our mission.

Our goal is to help patients live life without limits, avoiding unnecessary medications, injections, or surgeries — all while creating an efficient, friendly, and high-quality experience with each visit.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient evaluations tailored to age, illness, injury, or condition
  • Develop individualized plans of care and communicate treatment goals
  • Implement and adjust care plans, coordinating with support staff
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics to support clinic success
  • Contribute positively to team culture, solving challenges proactively
  • Create an environment that is friendly, welcoming, and professional

Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Bachelor s Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
  • Active Physical Therapy License in the State of Arkansas (Required)
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • 1–3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome with mentorship available)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities
