Elevation Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This position is well-suited for both new graduate physical therapists seeking structured mentorship and experienced clinicians interested in professional growth and leadership opportunities.

New Graduate Mentorship Includes:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of Arkansas

• Salary range: $70,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience
