Job Summary

Eldercare Insurance Service is seeking a dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our on-site call center. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of customer service interactions, focusing on issuing insurance products that best fit the consumer  individual needs and building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service and support for clients and team members
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping others
  • Monitor and ensure proactive and timely communication to clients, address inquiries, and offer quality recommendations
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive client issues, guiding the team to resolve matters promptly and effectively
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments, providing callbacks and follow-up calls as needed
  • Respond to clients via inbound call, email, or website
  • Transfer calls to licensed agents as needed
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Follow call center workflows and desktop procedures
  • Maintain call center metrics as determined by management
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management
Primary Skills & Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Effective communication, both oral and written
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when entering data
  • Team player who is ready to help out and focus on daily priorities
  • Confident with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable communicating professionally via phone and email with clients
  • Well organized, self-driven, and able to work with limited supervision
  • Resilient under pressure with problem-solving skills
  • Motivated to learn quickly and grow with the company
