We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will work to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, bringing the books to the trial balance stage, and completing tax forms when needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.

• Enter financial data and transactions
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
• Analyze budgets and other financial information
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Complete required tax forms when needed
• Pay bills and take customer payments

• Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
• Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, Quick Books, and basic accounting systems
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
