Responsibilities:

-Ensures zero cosmetic / dimension / ALT complaints from Final Assembly Testing & Packaging (FATP)

- Ensures zero inspection error in case of raw materials / supplied items

- Works on New Product Invention (NPI)

- Knowledge and experience on different manufacturing processes

- Experience in managing and controlling vendors on the supplied quality

- Ensures no downtime with respect to quality equipment

- Drives 3 shifts for the FACA effectiveness

- Responsible for planning , managing resources including people

- Responsible for ensuring the Failure Analysis and reports are as per the Customer requirement

- Conducts data analysis for problem areas using data visualization using Quality tools

- Ensures Zero non-conformity (NC) during internal and External Audit

- Prepares technical documents (SOPs, policies, work instructions, etc.)

- Reviews rejected parts identified by operators and decides further action (e.g. Obtaining waivers for non-conformity)

- Oversees traceability of rejected parts through appropriate maintenance

- Drives and Supports Team for Kaizen implementation

- Reduce Cycle Time by Optimizing through 4M

- Familiarizes production team with root cause analysis tools like fish bone, etc. through training and awareness programs

- Supports production team on root cause analysis for issue identification/process improvement

Minimum Education

Qualification:

BE/B Tech with 8 - 12 Years

Certifications:

ISO External Auditor

Additional Technical Specifications/ Requirements:
Knowledge of cosmetic Inspection standards & visual inspection criteria/parameters
