Field Service Technician – Lehigh Valley, PA

Canon U.S.A. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional on‑site maintenance and support for Canon‑supported products. The role covers Allentown, PA and Wilkes‑Barre/Scranton, PA.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with accurate documentation and record keeping.
• Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on‑site maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Facilitate performance at a level that helps achieve the branch/district’s overall metric targets.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete the 120‑day introductory period and PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; willing to travel.
• Required to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
• Compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID‑19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID‑19.

Base hourly salary range: $19.00–$26.31 per hour. Eligible for a transportation allowance and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) savings plan, discretionary profit sharing, and more.
