We currently have an opening for a Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector
, for our Ultra High Purity (UHP) Unit. This individual is responsible for monitoring and inspecting incoming and outgoing parts and products, as well as monitoring and tracking data in support of the results found during inspection. This position is based in Horsham, PA, reporting to the Director of Technical Services with a focus on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of components and finished products throughout all stages of the inspection process.
This is a Operations position that will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other Operations‑focused roles.
This role plays a critical part in driving our vision to partner with our customers to become their preferred process analytical solutions provider.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform outgoing quality assurance of gas analyzers and related equipment.
- Perform incoming quality assurance of parts, assemblies, and other items.
- Maintain the calibrated equipment process, which includes record maintenance, scheduling calibrations, working with calibration vendors, etc.
- Sustain the Nonconforming Material Report process, which includes completing associated paperwork, detailing issues electronically, communicating with internal/external parties, etc.
- Maintain documentation, both physical and electronic, related to any and all transactions.
- Update the ERP system and related digital documentation.
- Support the goals and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
- Work with other departments to highlight and assist with resolution of quality issues, which might be raised during incoming/outgoing inspections, during the manufacturing process, or at any other stage.
- Assure appropriate use of Epicor’s ERP system and adopts new business practices as part of newly modeled processes; become a change-agent in support of new ERP practices

Qualifying Attributes and
Skills:
- Technical certificate with experience in an inspection or related role.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical documentation, including mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Proficient in using common laboratory and measurement equipment (e.g., scales, volt meters).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
