The Digital & Enablement Lead – Oncology will serve as a strategic catalyst for digital transformation across the Oncology organization. This role is responsible for orchestrating AI initiatives, embed intelligent automation into processes, and foster a culture of innovation and digital fluency across teams.
This role will shape and lead the integration of digital technologies and AI capabilities into core business workflows, driving operational excellence, and enhancing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities AI Orchestration & Workflow Integration- Lead the deployment and orchestration of AI-enabled tools such as intelligent orchestration platforms, JASPER (GenAI for market access strategy), Engagement.
AI, and iMedical Search, and CRM enhancements (e.g., Connext, Savants, Copilot). - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI into existing systems and processes.
- Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap for Oncology, aligning with enterprise priorities and therapeutic area goals.
- Drive change management initiatives to support adoption.
- Monitor usage metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and performance.
- Lead cross-brand orchestration and data-driven customer experiences.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare.
- Commercial operations, digital transformation, or technology enablement experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
- 3-5+ years of experience leading AI-driven initiatives, commercial operations, digital transformation, or technology enablement within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
- 5+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership roles, collaborating with commercial, medical affairs, market access, and technology teams.
- Strong understanding of digital strategy and transformation principles, especially within commercial operations in life sciences or healthcare.
- Familiarity with AI concepts including orchestration, intelligent automation, and embedding AI into business workflows.
- Knowledge of omnichannel marketing, customer relationship management systems, and data-driven campaign execution.
- Insight into oncology therapeutic areas, including commercial, medical affairs, and market access functions.
- This position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel.
- Strong digital strategy, AI integration, and change management skills.
- Proficiency in data platforms and workflow tools.
