MES Business Systems Analyst

We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Business Systems Analyst to become part of our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in examining, crafting, and executing system solutions to bolster our worldwide business endeavors. • Conduct thorough assessments of current manufacturing business systems, workflows, and procedures to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas ripe for enhancement.
• Act as the primary intermediary between the Applications team and users of business applications, proficiently conveying requirements and engaging in solution development.
• Aid in global business process enhancement endeavors by configuring, testing, and implementing improvements to our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like Oracle’s E-Business Suite, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as Salesforce.
• Assess and suggest hardware and software solutions aligned with business aims, considering factors like scalability, security, and user-friendliness.
• Lead or partake in rolling out new systems or system upgrades, ensuring seamless deployment and integration with existing setups.
• Create comprehensive documentation, encompassing system requirements, design blueprints, user guides, and training resources to facilitate smooth assimilation of new systems.
• Offer training and assistance to end-users, serving as a subject matter expert and aiding in problem-solving and resolution.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and prime practices in system analysis and design, actively spotting opportunities for process enhancement and streamlining.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or substantial experience in lieu of formal education.
• 5-10+ years of focus in a business systems analyst position, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and supporting ERP, Oracle, WMS (Warehouse Management System), Salesforce CRM, MES, and related applications.
• Proficiency in system analysis techniques, including requirement gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
• Sound grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and superior practices.
• Demonstrated capability to forge robust relationships with internal clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Self-driven with adept problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to work autonomously or as part of a team.
