Human Resources Manager

HR Manager, Horsham, PA (Primarily On-Site, Some Philly Visits), $100,000–$125,000 + Bonus – PERM

• Ensure staff are meeting billable hour targets and address performance issues as they arise.
• Manage annual goals for staff, monitoring progress and addressing challenges to maintain accountability.
• Partner with firm leadership to develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure leaders meet HR standards and maintain overall HR integrity of the firm.
• Oversee a team of 3 administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
• Approximately 15 years of HR experience (slightly more or less considered).
• Experience in public accounting, law firms, consulting, or professional services is highly preferred.
• Comfortable in a billable hours environment.
• Strong personality and leadership skills to navigate HR challenges effectively.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Schedule:

Primarily on-site at Horsham office with occasional travel to a Philadelphia office (1–2x per month).
