Skilled Trades Recruiter
As a Skilled Trades Recruiter at Power, your responsibilities will center on enhancing our talent acquisition efforts, playing a direct role in Power's strategy for rapid expansion. You will play a key role in driving our installation capacity growth by attracting and engaging top talent across a wide range of skilled trades opportunities. Working closely with department leadership, you'll receive mentorship and guidance that is unparalleled, positioning you to significantly exceed our strategic hiring objectives.
Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs.
- Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work in office full time.
- Must be driven by candidate satisfaction.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Must have strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred.
- Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail.
- 1-2 years professional experience.
- Base salary plus commission $75,000 - $90,000.
