Project Manager at Myonex

Primary Role

The Project Manager for CTRx Solutions at Myonex enables medication access for patients enrolled in our client’s clinical trials. The Project Manager is responsible for providing superior client experience, clinical site experience, exceptional timeline management and execution per the terms of our client agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Engages with the Chief Growth Officer, Business Development and work along other Project Managers on the Pharmacy Services team to develop competitive quotes and provides subject matter operational knowledge with ability to understand other Myonex service lines to clients.
  • Ability to manage projects per the terms of the statement of work (SOW). Engages with clients and other external partners to determine clinical trial drug requirements, system configuration & controls, Pharmacy Services forms & documentation, as well as labelling strategies to meet the client study requirements.
  • Master company systems and processes regarding internal client set up related to contracts, project set up, invoicing, etc.
  • Develops and or customizes all Pharmacy Services program materials to support client and clinical trial requirements.
  • Excellent project and timeline management with strong customer engagement, satisfaction (i.e. program timeline development per terms of SOW, kickoff meetings, internal/external trainings)
  • Present materials with confidence in front of clinical staff and clients.
  • Interpret claims data, pricing, and performing financial reconciliation of all activities to invoice clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to pharmacy claims processing and/or pharmacy operations to ensure proper service delivery.
  • Ensures compliance against all SOPs, HIPAA, cGMP, client expectations, appropriate industry regulations (FDA/DEA), and industry accepted quality standards.
  • Enhances the Pharmacy Services department and Myonex’s reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job tasks and encouraging innovative thinking for all client projects and the company in general.
  • Will be expected to collaborate with other Myonex teams and service lines when required.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree of Arts and/or Science in Pharmaceutics, Natural Sciences or other relevant area or job-related experience in the industry is desirable.
  • Required:

    at least 4 years of Clinical Trial experience such as Pharmaceutical Contract Service Organization, Clinical Trial site experience (Clinical Research, Contract Packaging/Labeling, Logistics, Project Management, Clinical Quality Assurance, Regulatory or Business Development), Specialty/Retail Pharmacy knowledge, Account Management.
  • Ideal experience includes a national Certified Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) via Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.
