Senior Accountant

Bonus: Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus

Reports To: Controller

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our well-established finance team. This is a hands‑on accounting position that will play a key role in the close process and contribute to the parent company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented professional with a strong background in month‑end close, audit, and tax.

• Lead and support month‑end close processes
• Conduct financial reviews and bank reconciliations
• SOX compliance functions
• Support FP&A functions including forecasting and variance analysis
• Support tax‑related activities in collaboration with external consultants
• Review and submit year‑end tax details to auditors
• Ensure compliance with filing requirements
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Quality and Operations teams

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience a plus
• SOX compliance & publicly traded company experience preferred
• Proficiency in using large ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
