Compensation & Benefits
U.S. based position. Salary range $51,200 – $76,800 per year, base pay and short‑term incentive. Benefits include medical (members reward points), dental, vision, basic life insurance, benefit bucks, flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, 401(k) + match, 12 paid holidays, 15 days PTO (pro‑rated first year), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), military leave.
Job TitleBuilding Field Technician II – Construction of low‑voltage electrical systems.
Responsibilities- Understand project requirements: specifications, standards, budgets, schedules, safety.
- Conduct service activities on‑site related to coordination, installation and commissioning of building automation and security management systems.
- Perform work independently or with team members.
- Work under daily supervision of a Project Manager or Project Engineer; reports to Construction Manager or Operations Manager.
- At least 2 years experience constructing low‑voltage electrical systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC or security industry applications.
- High pressure/low pressure boilers, chillers/cooling towers, VRF, VFDs, precision cooling systems, geothermal systems, commercial humidification/dehumidification systems, variable air volume systems.
- Experience with Building Automation Systems and understanding of BAS controls mechanical equipment.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in close spaces.
- 2‑year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
- EPA Section 608 Technician Certification (state and local).
- Energy Management Associate.
