This is a full-time, on-site role based in Horsham, PA, for the position of Senior Sales Support Associate. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, ensuring seamless customer service delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively to support sales teams. The associate will handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Proficient interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client and team relationships
• Experience in customer support and customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally
• Ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through a customer-focused approach
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with financial or logistics services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
