Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $/yr

As a Sr. Tax Associate, you won't just be part of the team — you'll help shape it. Our Tax Accounting Advisory professionals work directly with clients to improve financial clarity, solve operational challenges, and support growth.
What You'll Be Doing- Prepare and coordinate tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts, while ensuring accurate deliverables and effective planning
- Develop a deep understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives to offer relevant tax advice
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver tax services across planning, management, structuring, and compliance while communicating findings and opportunities clearly to clients
- Assist senior team members with complex tax matters, including preparation of consolidated returns, S Corps, partnerships, LLCs, and LLPs
- Research for and support clients on key tax-related issues such as entity restructuring, capital raises, M&A transactions, debt restructurings, and R&D tax credits
- Help identify opportunities for improved processes and general growth and development of the practice
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a local public accounting firm
- Actively pursuing or committed to obtaining CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification
- Proficient in CCH Pro System fx Engagement and CCH Axcess
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with U.S. tax compliance across Individuals, Partnerships, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, and Trusts
- Exposure to M&A, business transitions, and entity restructuring is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
