Fleet Maintenance Technician

Driver Hire Gatwick are looking for an experience mechanical engineering to join one of our valued clients in Horsham. You will be part of a team responsible for assisting with the fleet maintenance, ensuring that the vehicles comply with current legislation and safety inspections.

Experience with in an LGV/PSV environment is preferable.

Job Specification:

* Carry out safety inspections to the vehicle fleet

* Complete relevant documentation regarding vehicle maintenance

* Ability to work deadlines

* Deliver high standard of costumer service

Requirements:

* Experience of HGV mechanical engineering

* You must hold a Class 2 driving licence

* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

* Availability from Monday to Friday

* Would need own transport to get to and from the workplace

Benefits:

* Assignment rate of £18.00ph to £19.00 Umbrella

* Annual salary when you get a perm contract will be £33.700 to £36.400 (plus supplement)

* Permanent work available depending on performance

* Triple pay on bank holidays
