About the Role As the Department Manager for Outdoor Leisure & Christmas, you'll oversee the team and ensure the smooth running of the department.

You'll take ownership of team development, manage a dedicated team, and have full accountability for your department. Key responsibilities include managing stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment, and maintaining high merchandising standards.
