Shifts available
Monday-Friday 14:30-22:00 £ 12.21 per hour (rising to £12.65 after 12 weeks on site)
** Overtime offered during busy periods**
* We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. This role involves building and testing finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining high quality standards.
Assembly/production experience preferred.
Key Tasks:
Load & run machines
Visual inspections
Replenish reels
Basic testing & fault finding
Must have:
Great attention to detail
Good communicator
Team Player
Willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions
Drug screening required before start
Additional Information:
This is a long-term role; we are looking for candidates who can commit beyond short-term or seasonal work
