• Supervise a team delivering high‑standard cleaning across laboratories, production areas, and office spaces.
• Maintain critical hygiene standards to support a controlled scientific environment, ensuring compliance with site protocols and safety procedures.
• Coordinate and complete daily cleaning schedules, ensuring all tasks are delivered accurately and on time.
• Respond quickly to ad‑hoc cleaning requests, guaranteeing a consistently safe, spotless, and operational workspace.
• Champion health, safety, and sanitation practices, ensuring your team follows all site‑specific guidelines and procedures.

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or scientific‑site cleaning is beneficial, but not essential—we’ll train you in the specialist standards required.
• Confidence supervising a team and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
• A proactive, flexible approach—ready to adapt to the needs of a dynamic scientific environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering work that supports safe and essential research.
