Overview

As the Finding Solutions and Adolescent Support worker you will provide practical assistance and support to adolescents and their families. This role includes providing a creative services response to young people and their families, which includes the use of mediation and intervention, supporting and strengthening the family relationship.
The program aims to provide a response to highly vulnerable and complex needs individuals and families, delivering a high quality and sometimes intensive level of case assessment, support and intervention for individuals, families and children.

- Bachelor of Social Work and / or substantial years of relevant experience in
- Current Drivers Licence valid in Victoria
- Proven experience working with vulnerable young people
- Experience working with young people and families
- Sound knowledge and/or understanding of youth and families experiencing difficulties increasing risk of homelessness
- Excellent oral and written communications skills including experience in the preparation of case noting, reporting and client records
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills to contribute to the planning and development of the service
