• Manage a specialist caseload of individuals with SEMH needs
• Contribute to staff training and consultations, embedding best practices within the team
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide holistic care
• Develop, implement, and review therapy programmes tailored to individual needs
• Engage in continual monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to maximise outcomes for clients

• Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration
• Recent UK or NHS post-qualifying experience as a Speech and Language Therapist
• Proven experience in working with children and young people facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern, and neurodiversity
