Bank - Zero hours. Shift Times:
As/when needed in the service - 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00).
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Mill River Lodge, situated in the picturesque West Sussex town of Horsham. The superb purpose built care home provides 70 spacious en-suite bedrooms for elderly service users with conditions such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson’s or other clinical diagnoses.

- Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice
- Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures
- Report changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation
- Experience working with older people in residential care
- You will have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent)
- You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people
- Ability to lead a team and use own initiative
