Cover Supervisor

Location: Horsham & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Salary: £90–£135 per day (rate may vary by experience)
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

This role is perfect for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced TAs looking to step up, or anyone confident managing groups of young people.

• Supervising classes in the teacher’s absence
• Ensuring a calm, productive learning environment
• Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
• Supporting behaviour management and student engagement
• Following school policies and reporting back to staff

• Experience working with young people (school setting, tutoring, coaching, youth work, etc.)
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• A genuine interest in education and supporting student progress
