Overview
My client is a leading Commercial Finance Brokerage, they are currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Broker Support Coordinator.
This role is central to the successful delivery of funding solutions, supporting Brokers across the full deal lifecycle and ensuring a first-class experience for clients, lenders, and introducers. The successful candidate will act as a key operational support, allowing Brokers to focus on origination and relationship management.
This opportunity is well suited to someone with experience in administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
The applicant must have great numeracy skills, excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and be able to communicate with individuals at all levels. They should also be able to juggle and prioritise a diverse task list.
ResponsibilitiesDeal & Case Support;
- Support brokers throughout the full deal lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Assist with client onboarding, including KYC, AML, and compliance checks.
- Gather, review, and organise financial information (e.g. management accounts, bank statements, forecasts).
- Prepare lender submissions, credit papers, and deal summaries.
- Liaise with lenders to progress applications, track credit approvals, and manage conditions precedent.
Broker & Client Coordination;
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, solicitors, and introducers during live deals.
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and calls for brokers.
- Ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups with all stakeholders.
- Maintain a high standard of client experience at all times.
Administration & Process Management;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all cases.
- Track deal progress, pipeline activity, and key milestones.
- Prepare engagement letters, fee proposals, and completion documentation.
- Support invoicing and fee collection processes post-completion.
- Ensure internal processes and compliance requirements are consistently followed.
Business Support;
- Assist with reporting on pipeline, completions, and introducer activity.
- Support brokers with presentation materials and lender comparisons.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.
