Location: Billingshurst

Our client, a well‑established and respected manufacturing company based in Billingshurst, is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and confident phone etiquette to build a long‑term career within a stable and growing business.

Our client is ideally looking for someone with previous sales administration experience, preferably gained within a manufacturing environment. What matters most is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

The Package:
  • Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, pricing, and product information
  • Prepare accurate quotes based on customer drawings, dimensions, and specifications
  • Process orders and manage the customer journey from enquiry to delivery
  • Liaise with internal production and dispatch teams to provide clients with regular order updates
  • Ensure excellent aftercare by responding to queries and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Build rapport with clients to support repeat business and long‑term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and ensure all customer interactions are documented
The Person :
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused attitude
  • Customer service experience with a passion for delivering high standards
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a busy, supportive environment
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence – desirable
