Job DescriptionEmmetts is seeking aService
Coordinator to support our Service operations manager and Service team. This role is ideal for someone withpreviousexperience in a workshop, service department, or dealership environment, who brings strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
This isa great opportunity to build a long-term career in service operations and service administration, or other pathways within the business.
About the Role
As our Service Coordinator,you’llbe the backbone of the Service Department — managing records, scheduling, repair orders, and customer enquiries while providing day-to-day administrative support to the Service Operations Manager and workshop.
You’llwork closely with Workshop Manager, technicians, and customers to ensure the departmentoperatesefficiently, professionally, and profitably.
No two days are the same, andyou’llgain exposure to a wide range of administrative, customer service, and operational tasks.
About You
You’llbring a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in administration and customer service.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role in a workshop environment
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Confidence using Microsoft Office and standard computer systems
A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
A basic understanding of mechanical or technical terminology (desirable, not essential)
