We're recruiting multiple Residential Conveyancers and Property Solicitors for a fast-growing firm that is actively building its residential property team. This is not a replacement hire. This is growth-driven recruitment, with real opportunity for those who want more than just a caseload.

The role is currently office-based full time while the firm scales and embeds processes. Hybrid working is planned, but the immediate focus is productivity, collaboration and building momentum.

• Running your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Dealing with landlord and tenant matters where required
• Using modern case management and legal tech systems to work efficiently
• Delivering clear advice with a strong focus on client experience
• Working closely with a growing and ambitious conveyancing team

• 1.5+ years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Open to Solicitors, CLC or CILEX-qualified professionals
• Confident running files independently
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital systems
• Ambitious, self-driven and keen to progress
• Strong communication and client care skills
