Janitorial Associate

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Employment Type: Part‑Time.
Available shifts: Opening, Morning.

Location: Walmart Supercenter #6964, 4150 Goodman Road West, Horn Lake, MS 38637, US.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store—from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Maintain cleanliness of store areas including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
• Ensure a safe and inviting environment for customers and associates.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
