Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs. This role may require standing for long periods of time.
