Hr Assistants

Overview

HR Assistant will be helping with recruiting. They will be reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, scheduling/sending drug and background tests. HR Assistant will work directly with HR Manager to assist with FLMA some employee relations.

• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track and report candidate updates on onboarding and compliance.
• Provide administrative support for other related tasks like scheduling internal meetings and assisting with internal employee events, etc.

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or HR field highly preferred
• At least 2 years of experience working in HR related field
• Excellent communication skills when working with internal employees and external parties
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge (primarily Outlook and Excel)

Entry Level

This is a Contract position based out of Horn Lake, MS.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
