Temporary to Permanent | Full-Time | Ongoing Opportunity We are currently hiring an Operations & Maintenance Technician to join a specialist on-site team at Gatwick Airport. This is a practical, technically focused position involving the operation and upkeep of a state-of-the-art automated robotic parking system within a live airport setting. This opportunity is ideal for a technically qualified individual with a Level 2 or Level 3 certification (NVQ, BTEC, or City & Guilds) in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering, along with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a related field.

Comprehensive training will be provided by experienced technical professionals, offering the chance to develop expertise in advanced automation technology within a safety-critical and fast-paced environment. Main Duties Conduct planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance on robotic equipment and associated infrastructure Perform inspections, diagnostics, and fault resolution Oversee system operations during standard running conditions and respond effectively to emergencies Coordinate with airport personnel and internal departments
