Job Description
We’re looking for kind, committed, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in Redhill. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive in a positive, inclusive school environment

Key Responsibilities:

‍ Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)

Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the school day

✏️ Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons

Support the implementation of IEPs and behaviour strategies

Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

️ Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

✅ Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting preferred)

❤️ Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

SEN or education-related qualifications are desirable but not essential

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
