• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient only.
• Salary: $112,000 annually – negotiable based on experience.

• Perform detailed patient histories and physical exams.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Formulate and implement treatment plans in coordination with collaborating physician.
• Order, review, and interpret labs and diagnostic studies.

• Complete documentation accurately within the electronic medical record system.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Texas (or eligible for licensure).
