Eine gemeinnützige Organisation in Horgen sucht eine Sozialpädagogin oder einen Sozialpädagogen. Die Stelle umfasst die Unterstützung von bis zu 24 Personen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen in einem betreuten Wohnsetting.
Aufgaben sind die Förderung der Bewohner, Fallführung und Organisation. Ein HF/FH Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik, MS-Office Kenntnisse und Teamarbeit sind erforderlich. Angeboten werden 40 Stunden pro Woche, gute Sozialleistungen und ein innovatives Team.
