Eine Gemeinde am Zürichsee sucht ab sofort eine/n Sozialarbeiter/in Sozialhilfe in Teilzeit (70%). In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle unterstützt du Menschen in schwierigen Lebenslagen und bist zuständig für die Fallführung gemäß den geltenden Sozialhilfegesetzen. Voraussetzung ist ein Bachelorabschluss in Sozialarbeit sowie relevante Berufserfahrung. Du arbeitest in einem motivierten Team und profitierst von flexiblen Arbeitsbedingungen und guten Sozialleistungen.
