Expansion Manager

As a market leader in the European fitness industry with a portfolio of over 40 premium boutique clubs across the DACH region, we are entering an accelerated phase of strategic growth. To spearhead our continued development and secure high-potential locations, we are seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional for the position of:

Location Scout – Switzerland and Austria

60-100%

• Strategic Real Estate Procurement: Identifying and securing premium club locations throughout Switzerland and Austria by conducting comprehensive market research and leveraging industry networks
• Relationship Management: Establishing and sustaining high-level partnerships with property owners, developers, and real estate agencies to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities
• Due Diligence & Financial Modeling: Executing on-site evaluations, conducting rigorous market analyses, and developing robust business plans and site presentations for executive approval
• Contract Negotiation: Leading the negotiation process and overseeing approval workflows and legal procedures through to contract execution

• Real Estate Expertise: Extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector with a deep understanding of market dynamics and commercial leasing systems
• Regulatory Knowledge: Proficient in navigating building permit procedures, Health & Safety legislation, and local compliance requirements
• Strategic Networking: Highly networked within the real estate industry, maintaining key relationships with stakeholders and market players
• Transaction & Project Management: Proven track record in delivering market analysis presentations, negotiating and closing complex commercial lease agreements, and managing partnerships with architectural firms and construction companies
• Multilingual: Full professional proficiency in German and English; conversational or professional French is an added asset
• Workplace & Mobility: This role is based at our Lake Zurich office. Candidates must be willing to undertake regular day travel within Switzerland and occasional trips to Austria as business needs dictate
