Principal Software Engineer – Data Path

Requirements Must have

• 7 to 12 years of experience in software development utilizing Agile SDLC
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
• Proficiency in C/C++, Golang, and Windows/Linux/Unix programming
• Familiarity with Win 32/Storage API and operating systems like Windows, Linux, and Aix
• In-depth understanding of CPU architecture, multi-threaded environments, concurrency databases, and storage technologies
• Practical experience with AI technologies and usage of AI tools throughout the SDLC
• Background in data protection domain and scalable architecture
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., ESXi, Hyper‑V) and strong analytical skills for troubleshooting across various platforms
• Ability to engage with business-oriented application design and development
• Quality‑driven mindset with ownership of the entire delivery process
• Skills in profiling and benchmarking, along with strong communication and leadership capabilities

• Design and develop next‑generation cyber resiliency and data protection software – Participate in crafting high‑quality, complex systems and software/storage environments – Develop and execute testing strategies for intricate software products and systems – Review and analyze software specifications based on product requirements, implementing them as features with a focus on device and serviceability
