Builder, Construction Labor ​/ Trades, Building & Residential Construction

This is a full-time on-site role located in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island,vermont, or Maine. The Builder will be responsible for all aspects of construction and remodeling, including framing, roofing, drywall installation, finishing, and following blueprints. The Builder will collaborate with team members, ensure safety standards are met, and maintain high-quality workmanship. Daily tasks also include operating tools, assessing materials, and communicating project updates to supervisors and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, remodeling, framing, and roofing
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and layout preparation
• Skills in using construction tools, handling materials, and finishing work
• Ability to ensure safety practices and comply with workplace safety regulations
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Prior experience or certifications in construction or a related field is a plus
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and handle construction materials
