Job Title: Boiler Operator I
Location: Hopkinsville, KY 42240
Pay Rate: $11.22 per hour on W2 without benefits
Duration: 12+ months
Shift
Hours:
11 pm - 7 am shift
- Performs beginning level duties in the operation of stationary boilers and auxiliary mechanical equipment.
- Learns the proper maintenance, adjustment and repair of boilers, pumps, turbines, compressors, steam lines, water lines, valves, water softeners, and all related equipment.
- Learns proper reading of gauges and recording of readings.
- Maintains cleanliness of facility work areas and other areas as required.
- Responds to emergencies.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be high school graduate. Employees may be required to maintain valid driver's license and may be required to drive a licensed vehicle.
